Lagree Level 1 Instructor Certification – Jacksonville Beach

This intensive 24-hour Level 1 Certification is designed to develop confident, technically skilled, and highly effective Lagree instructors. Over three immersive full-day sessions, you’ll gain a comprehensive education in the Lagree Method, including routine writing, class sequencing, cueing strategy, intensity control, and how to deliver a safe, powerful, and elevated class experience.

What’s Included:

Lagree Level 1 Certification
24 hour group study will provide an education of the Lagree method, writing/sequencing routines, and technique on how to deliver an effective class.
In-depth review of each exercise to learn proper form, alignment, and spring load recommendations.
3 mock training sessions hosted at KAI Lagree Studio, JAX Beach

Lifetime access to Lagree Academy and all training materials
Eligibility to pursue Lagree Level 2 Certification
